The former tobacco warehouse and furniture store "Gallero" was our new home in the Tobacco City. The rhythm of European Capital of Culture beated in #SKLAD - the new space for at and culture from September 2018 till March 2020.

#SKLAD – the new creative space for culture and art @Tobacco city, an initiative of PLOVDIV 2019 Foundation, gave opportunities for implementation of projects in its new “home”.

The space was used for events, installations, exhibitions and research. People who wish to accomplish an event could present a description and a justification, how they support the goals and priorities of the Plovdiv 2019 programming platforms. #Together we managed to make Plovdiv a meaningful European Capital of Culture.

A big part of the events in the official and in the associated programme of Plovdiv - European Capital of Culture 2019 took place exactly in #SKLAD. Check the selection HERE and also follow our FB page.
