The Tobacco City has its "tenants" - some of the major warehouses which, with their architecture and scale, form the outlook of the area.

Four are the sites on the territory of the Tobacco City, which declared to be monuments of culture.

In the "Tobacco city" there are buildings which exist within the impulse of contemporary life but respecting the architectural ensemble of the place.
