Forum 2019 Focus Volunteers
On 19.11.2016, from 10.00 am. to 14.00 pm., at Center for the Performing Arts "Stage 51", we started the information seminar Forum 2019: Focus Volunteers. With the realization of the event "Plovdiv 2019" launched its volunteer programme.
Guest lecturers at the event were Mr. Neil Peterson /the head of the volunteer program of Liverpool - European Capital of Culture 2008 /, Mr. Enzio Wetzel – Director of Goethe-Institut in Bulgaria, representatives of the Center for Human Resources Development - Managing Body of the "Erasmus +" programme, representatives of the National Alliance for Volunteers - Plovdiv, representatives of Time Heroes - one of the most popular platforms for volunteering in Bulgaria and Mr. Simeon Todorov – owner and administrator of Plovediv.

FORUM 2019 is educational and cooperation exchange platform , consisting of informational seminars and events with main focus the project “Plovdiv – European Capital of Culture (ECoC) 2019”. FORUM 2019 aims at creating network of partnerships and collaborations with the purpose of raising awareness, as well as building capacity and developing new audience to help successfully implement the ECoC 2019 project. FORUM 2019’s topics are closely related to the ECoC 2019’s programme and aim to stimulate professional debate and exchange of experience and knowledge and good practises in Bulgarian cultural sector.
FORUM2019 was launched at the end of 2015, with a series of informational and educational meetings in Plovdiv.
